We are John & Jen Zajac. We live in central New Jersey. After having vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 10+ years now, we decided to buy an ocean front condo. We preferred to stay in the southern end of Myrtle Beach due to it being less crowded and much less traffic. When we came across Ocean Blue, we decided it was perfect for us. We currently own Ocean Blue 503 and 803.

A few days prior to your stay, we will provide the combos to acess the building and the condo. The condo entrance is a keypad avoiding the hassel of having a key.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

House Rules

Minimum age of 25 years for the primary renter, which must be present in the condo the entire stay. During the summer, rentals are for 7 night intervals only with check ins/outs on Saturdays only. Our cancellation policy is to refund 80% of the monies paid (not including the VRBO service fee) if we re-rent the same week. As soon as a cancellation is made, we will list the dates as being available No motorcycles, RVs, or trailers allowed due to HOA regulations. 2 parking spaces provided, additional paid parking options are available nearby

Payment Policy

We prefer to get payment via check, but we do accept credit card payments as well. Please note, we incur are 3% fee on credit card payments.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If no damage was incurred, we return the damage deposit within 14 days of the check out. If there is damage, the traveler will be notified, and we may take longer to return the remaining damage deposit based upon how long it takes to determine/repair the damage. We are very liberal with damage, we understand accidents do happen. Letting us know about any damage that may have incurred during your stay lessons the chance that we would charge for minor damage.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, we will re-list the timeframe that you had booked. If the entire timeframe is rebooked, we will refund 80% of the monies paid.
